I picked up my JLUR Sunday evening and I found this under the passenger seat. Any idea what this is?

I actually sent the photos to the dealer as well but haven't heard back from them yet. It looks like a stopper or a cheap disposable tool to remove something. I also found a razor blade under the driver's seat. Must have been some party happening in my jeep.
