What the hell is going on with the premium soft tops? Can someone please shed some light on this, as we have been left in the dark delayed and pushed back for what feels like eternity!! PLEASE!!!!

What the hell is going on with the premium soft tops? Can someone please shed some light on this, as we have been left in the dark delayed and pushed back for what feels like eternity!! PLEASE!!!!
The Bestop that posts here is a separate operation from the one that supplies FCA Jeep factory tops. The one here is for aftermarket and they will not be able to provide you with an answer. Same company but two different "divisions" that are not connected to each other.

Good try but I doubt it. There are going to be NDA agreements between Bestop and FCA. They are not going to be able to provide you any information unfortunately. The only one that can would be FCA. Sorry :(

I have a suggestion if you are designing new soft doors. I’ve owned two sets of soft doors and the latch mechanism needs help. The inside latch is a cantilever design. With that design when you slide the latch forward the parts also move inwards because of the loose and cantilevered design. After the second year, my passengers could not open their door. So, if you are starting a brand new design, look into making the inside latch parts more robust.
