Warn M8000 Winch. Steel cable. Purchased in 2012, it was on my JK for years, then swapped to my JL in 2021. It's UGLY. Tested motor as working before I took it off my JL., but did not test cable under load. It could benefit a full teardown and rebuild and I would recommend doing so before seeing heavy use. Replacement parts should be available from Warn and there are writeups online for rebuilding it.

If you want a winch for cheap and like rebuild projects, this is your moment to shine!

$50 OBO. Local pickup only in Ridgecrest, CA. Sold as is.
