Visiting Phoenix May 28-June 2

So I'm heading down for Phoenix for a little while and am wondering what the "must sees" are. I bought the Funtreks book already but don't know anything about the area. I was wondering about trails, museums, restaurants, etc. I drive a 2019 JLUR on 37's and like all kinds of trails from paved or dirt roads that are scenic, to harder stuff, except for extreme rock crawling. I do Hell's Revenge, Fins N Things, and Poison Spider in Moab 2 or 3 times a year so I do get into the rock crawling some. I travel mostly alone but don't mind tagging along sometimes also. I have all the equipment to get me out of most situations and a SPOT satellite for when I can't. I haven't had to use the SPOT yet (knock on wood).

Any ideas would be great.
