VIN question

Hello new Jeep family. I ordered a new Wrangler Sahara JL last Monday and still do not have a VIN. Is this normal? Just curious what the average is.

Good. That means your dealer put in your order correctly. Most people got their VINs in 2 days or less, I believe I saw someone finally get their VIN after 2 weeks. At this point, I would contact your dealer to see if he or she has your VIN. There isn't anything to worry about at this point. Sometimes Jeep is slow issuing VINs and sometimes a dealer is not as prompt as the customer would like with information. Good Luck !

It took me about 15 days to get a VIN. But everything has gone very smoothly. I don't think you should worry.

There are a couple of things that have held some people up so if you post your build it will help.

VONs are not sequential? My mid-April VON was 25,000 higher than a VON on April 1...now VONs are about 30,000 higher. I don't think Jeep got orders for 55,000 JLs in April.
