VIN Decode for 2018's?

It seems some things have changed regarding VIN's for the 2018 model year. First off the second digit has change from J (for Jeep) to C and the plant code for the Wranglers used to be L for Toledo south but now is W which stands for ??? Any thoughts guys? Thanks!
