Valve below engine on the passenger side

Does anyone happen to know what this valve below the engine bay is for on the right passenger side?

2018 JLU V6

I have been losing coolant and saw something drip through that hose/valve (something water like almost). Looks almost like an outlet valve.

Any help would be appreciated.

You could be spot on actually.

Do you know if its normal for water/fluid to drip from there? Small amounts.

If it's the AC condensate, it's only a small amount because you're way up north. It's straight water, so you can catch a drip on a paper towel and tell it's clear.
