Hello,
Can someone please tell me where I can find Uconnect version 184834 to download? system went crazy when I changed the battery. Screen says Failed Update Insert USB and try again.

Which radio specifically?

The 8.4" radio has versions that can be found on this forum, but there have not been any readily available for the other radios.

You can try to call Uconnect at 1-877-855-8400.

As mentioned above, there haven't been any publicly available firmware releases or updates for that radio.

Mine went out also. It is a 2020 with the 7". Have you found out anything? I'm out of warranty and the service advisor said when they had these in the past the just replaced the screens under warranty. I'm currently riding in silence.

Unfortunately, there's nothing to find out. There are no publicly available firmware updates for the 7" radio. Find a used one somewhere or upgrade to an 8.4" or aftermarket radio.
