I'm not familiar with the particular TSB you listed. However, if you have a 2018 the TSB 18-092-19 addresses a PCM update.

Note: this PCM update is supposed to resolve the starting issue when the ESS battery is low. However, there are other details listed in the TSB.

I went in for an oil change on my 2020 JLUR 3.6 and they performed what looks like a similar update. I didn't get the chance to ask too many details, but came here looking for anyone else that had it applied.

That was my experience. Asked for oil change and tire rotation under my Jeep Wave. And also a state inspection.

The service checkout person indicated that the update was free because I was still under warranty. And I didn’t ask but now I wonder if future software updates will have a charge after factory warranty expires.

Good thing I had unmarried my tazer beforehand.

Yep, mine was done when the steering gear was done last week. Had to reset some of the options I had programmed like the display choice on the screen. I don't have instant MPG on my screen anymore, just the graph - no actual number. Sure other things have changed as well.
