transmission and limp mode need help

I believe it's the large connector in the second picture. @Nizar lots of good suggestions in this thread. I had a similar transmission error, I moved the 2 canbus trans connectors to open spots, and unplugged and re-seated that large connector behind the passenger fender. My issue went away.

So when you say ”you'll want to cut and solder the power/ground wires around the connector. there's a 12v and a pink/yellow ignition run for power and a black wire for ground.” You mean remove the two ends of the wires you specify from each side of the connector and solder them together rather than having them connect through the large connector?

Correct. There's two pink/yellows I think, so if you don't have a wiring diagram do both.
