Hello everyone,
Suffering from death wobble and wanted to double check the torque on my track bar. I check videos like this one (from xt)
and it says "go really tight, more than you think, here look at my big ole breaker bar", but that's not a torque spec and we'll... if spec isn't enough then I want to go more, and i am ok with buying a new spherical joint track bar if it'll fix the wobble (ami i crazy for that?) but I figure I can at least give this a go since my dealership said "meets spec" and gave me the boot without addressing the wobble issue
Where can I find these specs and any other repair info for the jeep jl?
And am i crazy for thinking a new track bar is a good solution (like a teraflex one) even if when i do lift it that kit will include an adjustable track bar?
