What is the passenger side factory tie rod end supposed to be torqued down to at the knuckle?

Shop recently replaced the tie rod end on the driver side saying it was loose. But now I noticed a sound when driving over speeds bumps and saw the tie rod is a little loose on the passenger side. Don't know how the shop missed it. Or maybe they didnt torque it down enough and it got loose with some driving.

What is the TRE supposed to be tightened down to?

It's hard to say to what extent...commonly somewhere around 35–55 ft-lbs / 47–75 Nm for many vehicles, but this varies! maybe you can deal with this problem through after-sales service? I hate that sound when driving. A loose tie rod can cause steering play, knocking, or complete separation in extreme cases. Have the shop re-inspect it — especially since they just worked on the system. They should correct it at no charge.
