I just wanted to praise the guys at @Threedom. I bought the lock covers from them a while back in February of 2022. In September of 2022 the tailgate cover fell off. I contacted them (I was already outside of their warranty) and they advised that they were having an issue with the rear tailgate key covers and they would advise me when they figured out a fix. I said thank you and proceeded to forget about it. I happened to see the lock without a cover and remember about a week ago. I emailed them again asking if they figured out a fix and they promptly mailed me out a replacement cover of what I assume is the now better working cover. I received the cover today but sadly the weather has stopped me from putting it on yet.
I just wanted to praise them as not only did they not have to do anything as I was originally outside of their warranty but then to immediately send me out the corrected piece 2 years later when I remembered to email them about it is just outstanding customer service. To me they went above and beyond and I thought I should share with y’all.
