I picked up my brand new 2021 JLURD yesterday. Ordered it equipped exactly like I wanted. It's pretty well loaded with all the electronic goodies but with cloth seats. Just a hard top for now. And the dealer installed 35x12.5/17 Duratracs.

This is going to be mostly a daily driver that I will take on moderate trails from time to time. And I'm planning a few road trips that I've wanted to do for a while.

I already pulled the bumper caps as the first mod.

I'm planning on doing a skid plate package and some radios. Probably a couple of subtle lights. And we'll see where it goes from there.

I made sure to seat all the fuses before I left the dealership. Everything else checked out.

Found out this morning that I have a leaky valve stem. So I get to take it back to get that fixed.

It's as good a time as any to make sure I can change the tire easily.

It's been a while. I have a few upgrades installed. A couple of lights, ham radio, GMRS, and CB. This weekend I installed a Clayton 2.5" lift kit.
