I bought these and decided to go for a full system upgrade instead. I paid $260 for them shipped in. $200 PP as FF or Venmo I'll UPS to CONUS at my cost. I used them for two weeks and was very impressed for such a small install the difference in the performance over stock. These fit the Alpine system plug and play. The kit is complete and looks unused.

Do you (or anyone else) know if they also work in the base audio system? Is there a substantial sound improvement in the base system with these speakers?

I'm not sure, on the website they offer base and Alpine options.

Thx, I just replaced those earlier this week, was hoping they might be for the Knee part of the dash.
