I installed this a couple of months back and kept meaning to post a couple of notes.
  1. With a Fishbone Mako stubby and Fishbone stepsliders installed the lift has given my JLUS about 4” of lift as measured at the front fender and read fender.
  2. It is not mentioned anywhere but on (weirdly) Quadratec’s site, but the kit comes with quick disconnects for the sway bar. Pull two cotterpins and pivot the sway bar links 180° and push them onto retaining pins at the top of the shock tower.
  3. with 33” KO2s on the stock 18” rims Hulk sits about an inch higher than a stock JL Rubicon.
  4. I installed Falcon SP2 2.1 mono tubes. I don’t run a lot of hard trails, but a local hydro line run at 40km/h or so didn’t show any fade on the shocks.
  5. ‘Yes, it’s stiffer than the stock ride, but not unbearably so as some have mentioned.
  6. It feels much more planted and no nose dive under braking now.

I like the Falcons, been running them for about 5 months now, firm but it drives great.

I have zero complaints with TeraFlex, everything has been perfect but it did take some time to balance out my tire pressure and shock settings.

The SP2 2.1 mono shocks have two settings "hard" or "soft". I had them set to soft when I installed them and have left them there. If or when they die, I'll likely upgrade to the new 3.3 electronic shocks.

I don't know why they suggest tires be set to 36PSI, though. That's as hard as a rock on my KO2s. I'm running at 34, and may go down to 32PSI.
