Tap into park lamps

The rigid radiance led light pods I am installing on my cowl brackets have a "backlight" that i want to be on whenever my park lamps are on. Where is the easiest place under the hood to use a wiretap to access park lamp power? 2020 JLUR with led lamp package if this makes any difference. Thanks for any help!

What was F95 labeled as? On my fuse block it calls that fuse position “spare” and doesn't have contacts
