Tail lights - Amazon vs Extreme Terrain

Hello all! I’ve settled on these tail lights as my next upgrade. They are $280 on extreme terrain and $150 on amazon. Are they the same thing or are the more expensive ones made with better materials? Thoughts?

I know nothing about these other than the info from the two links provided. With that being said, the info I gathered is

Extreme Part # does not cross reference to anything on Amazon
Extreme answered a question stating they are not street legal or DOT

Amazon UPC or part #'s do not cross reference anything on extreme
Amazon states they are DOT approved

So that that info and maybe contact both to confirm? Good Luck!

Okay, I may have been a little harsh. I must confess that I’m one of those guys that actually likes the look of a (mostly) stock jeep. When I changed my front bumper I put a Rubi steel bumper on with a winch, and the Rubi rock rails, that’s it. Cosmetics is costly. (Don’t listen to me anyway: the older I get the more I channel my Dad. )
