Hello, i recently installed the synergy sectro shaft brace kit on my 22 JLU diesel, this was about 3-4 weeks ago, love the product for the past 2 weeks i ave been hearing a creeking sound when i move the steering wheel a bit, double checked all bolts, same crap, called synergy , they said there may be dry spots on the brass bushing, so i removed it and re greased 360 degrees, when its warm , its not bad, when its cold (weather) its creeks bad, Synergy told me they can sell me the sealed bearing for $100 , but why ? why do i need to pay an extra $100 ? im sure there are a few out there/here with similar issue? any advise ?

Thanks

I have the same issue with the steersmart. I’m thinking about taking it off to avoid the issue.

first advice would be to post this in the forum where you might get better visibility, instead of here in the Marketplace.
