Sticker that covers the interior tailgate hinges

Wasn't really sure where to put this, seemed somewhat appropriate here. I replaced my whole tire carrier setup with Rusty's. This involves peeling off two sticker seal cover things to access the hinge bolts from inside the tub. My Jeep is used so these things were caked in dust/dirt and no longer sticky after I peeled them off, I also broke one. Anyone know if this is a part number or where I can get them? If I leave them off, all that dirt and dust is going to just come into that enclosure panel and cause headache I'm sure.

I broke one of mine too. I covered the hole with gorilla tape. A snap in plastic cover would have been nice but the Jeep bean counters probably squashed that and gave us a painted sticker instead.
