Have you been in a Maverick? I'd argue it feels roomier than a JL by a long shot. JL is tiny and when they raised the center console vs. JK and shaved another 1.7" of hip room out they made it even worse.

Like I've said before, the problem is inflation and interest rates. It's not that people suddenly stopped wanting Broncos and Wranglers. It's just that few people can afford them. $1,000 per month for a toy? Are you kidding?

Back when rates were great and you could lease a new JL for $399/month they moved inventory faster than they could get it. But, personally I LOVE what's going on right now and I wish it would get even worse because people need to wake up and realize that elections have consequences.

@sconrad24 A Ford Maverick? You don't find that to be too small? That truck is tiny.
I thought so too until I saw one up close in person. There’s actually more room in the backseats than my 4xe. Plus it has a bed. It’s very low to the ground tho making it seem smaller. I have no thoughts of off-roading this thing other than gravel roads.

Right!!! You get what you pay for. A Maverick is only a bargain if it suits your needs and if it does, you didn’t need a Jeep in the first place.
Yeah I bought my first JK because I wanted not needed one. But I loved that thing….. I never meant to say a Maverick is in any way comparable to a Wrangler. I just wanted to point out that things came standard on it that Jeep makes you pay for. And considering the cost of the two you’d think it was the opposite.

Recently purchased a 2024 Rubicon X, 6 speed manual. Dealer's lot was so full that it was tough to find a parking spot. Lots of inventory on the lot. I can see why, the prices are very strong. Not sure that this is unique to Jeep right now. Understand that traditionally, Jeeps have not been so crazy expensive. But starting to see a lot of other brands with inventory and running promos.

At some point the prices will come down, because no one is buying.
