Steering Wheel Extra Button Slot?

Anyone notice this section on the right side of the wheel? The left side has the buttons for the phone, was wondering if anyone has done anything on this side for after market? Would be cool to add the AUX switches there. Anyone take apart the steering wheel yet?

It's for ACC(advanced cruise control) on 2019 models equiped with this option and up, you get some buttons to control your follow distance etc.

Don't see why not if you are mechanically inclined, the part number you are looking for is 68272140AB for the switches in case you mess it up.

If it's not already available, this might be something to talk to Z-Automotive about. I know there are aftermarket AUX switches available for the other FCA steering wheel (in vehicles like the GC, Challenger, etc.) that replace the blanks for ACC and with the Tazer you can map them to do anything.
