I had read there were instances where Wrangler owners were getting reimbursed for "fixing" the steering wobble issue themselves by replacing the stock steering stabilizer with a aftermarket unit.
At about 2000 miles my Wrangler started have the issue of the steering wheel shaking back and forth at about 50 MPH when going over and kind of crack or bump in the road. After extensive reading in the forum I ordered a falcon Nexus 2.2 and installed it. No more shaking. For good measure a week later I installed a Rusty's track bar mount brace (mine has good welds btw) and a steersmarts yeti adjustable track bar. Front end feels better than brand new. I do have Mopar lift and 35 BFG all terrains.
Any insight on who to contact about having Jeep at least cover the cost of my stabilizer.
