I feel the same way. Had 4 yr/20K maintenance done by dealer in May, but it got recorded as "interior trim". The lady doing intake didn't seem to understand (or didn't want to) that nothing was broken and I just wanted the interval checks done and recorded. Still going round and round with the dealer and service. Jeep Cares was not able to assist. I'm actually going in for an oil change soon and am debating switching to another dealer. The one in question has done everything thus far. At this point I care more that they recorded that they did the checks than that they actually did them.

I added a comment in the main forum about previous Jeep Wave work not recorded (eventually was, I guess within a few days is asking too much), and one guy responded that it was definitely important to have maintenance documented. The rest of the feedback ranged from "bro do you even" to making it seem that my desire for an accurate record was unreasonable. Not sure if that's because dealers have done awful things to people and my concern is trivial by comparison.

The fact that I've got a Mopar MaxCare plan makes me sensitive to accurate records. And I suppose $217.82 to put on lift and look around with a flashlight and then put it in the damn records. They didn't swap an engine or even turn a wrench.
