Hello. I ordered the SSV works brackets to install some JL speakers into the soundbar. I've searched and found some useful threads especially when it comes to using a hot blade for the cuts. However, I still have just a couple questions.
In one thread I saw that specifically in the premium audio setup that things wont pair nice without adding the tweeter in the second smaller hole in the ssv bracket. Specially looking at a 2.75" tweeter for this. Has anyone else been successful installing the SSV brackets on the premium stock system without the extra tweeters? I am having a hard time finding a grill to cover the only two 2.75" speaker options I found.
Second, does the SSV kit come with adapters to plug the 6.5" speaker into stock harness? I have one set left over from the when I did the front 3.5" but will probably need that set if I do the 2.75" tweeter.
That's the only questions I couldn't find in the search so thanks for any help that can be offered.
