Yoooo!! I did yesterday and fixed it!?? easy ,turn of the car and then remove ur leg from the break and turn it on so the engine will not be on but the car will have electricity and the radio will be on, and then u wanna reset the Uconnect system! Hold the volume button with the browse/enter button for 20 seconds. It will reset. Try it on and as a thank you for me follow me on instagram @theomarobaid ???I have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with premium sound group (Alpine speakers), less than 500 miles. I just had the same exact thing happen. After read several posts, the only thing that made sense to me was my iPhone somehow interfering with the audio system. This happened at night so I read the posts after I got back to the house. The next morning I left my phone in the house (as a precaution) and tried the radio and it worked just fine. Originally when the problem occurred, I tried all input sources and all had the static problem. Today however, all input sources are fine.
So, I then called a local Jeep dealer and explained what happened and the fact that it's being posted on the internet as a problem, but he said he never heard of this problem. I guessed his answer would be so. I don't understand why the dealers never hear of the problems we owners have. 'Never' is probably not accurate, but it's frustrating.
Bottom line is I don't have an answer or solution, but I'm determined to figure out how to reproduce the problem so I can post a real solution. Thanks for all you who posted your circumstances and what may have helped.
