Just want to say that if you have JK soft doors with some minor adjustments you can make them work with the JL. They aren't a perfect fit but close enough for me for this summer.

It's looking like this is going to be the only option. To they close on the latch?

Yes. I had to move the bottom pin out all the way with the adjustments on the doors and I added some rubber tubing because they need to sit a little higher in the hinges to latch but again, after playing around with them yesterday for a couple hours I was able to make them work.

Does it leak bad in the rain?

Those doors are *exactly* what I want for the JL. Bestop? I wish they would come out with them.

Love the Doodles magnet, too. We have a golden doodle—wonderful dog.

Don't know as I haven't had it in the rain but it will leak alot less then no doors...LOL. In my JK I literally hung my hard doors in the garage from June to September and just carried these in my trunk. This will let me do that with the JL too until Bestop actually comes out with the correct ones. In answer to your question, no they will not be watertight but for my purposes I'm ok with a little water getting in if that means I can run doorless all summer, it is a Jeep after all.

You’ve convinced me. I was going to give my JK soft doors to a friend, but I’ll keep them. I love running without doors and windows, kinda the whole point of owning a Jeep for me. Sucks the JL windows can’t be rolled up and stored in the 2 door JL. I loved that part of my TJ.
