@Hothead Headliners , is there a minimum temp at which to install the Velcro? Understand that the video recommended heating the Velcro and using the adhesion promoter...but is that futile below X degrees?
Hi,
Above 70 would be ideal but if its cooler than that just run your header for 10 mins and you would be good.

It’s 7 degrees here this morning
70 would be nice
If you run your heater on high for 15 mins everything in your Jeep will be above 85.

What color is in the video, graphite or med grey?

Funny that was going to be my first question, lol

As soon as a review says it's a night and day difference I'm sold.

Hothead, is it possible to get pics of every color installed?

The headliner in the video is med grey.

Clearly HH is reading this thread. I can’t understand why they can’t answer if they will have pics of the color options installed soon??? I can’t be the only one interested in seeing this to make a better decision??

I wish it covered the metal piece in front. That thing gets to about 340 degrees Kelvin in the summer

So, I installed it yesterday, took it for a quick spin, and LOVE IT! Looks much better than before and is noticeably quieter. I’d highly recommend. Installation was simple - just followed the video. Ran my heater on high the whole time to heat up the interior and improve the “stickiness” of the Velcro. Hotheads, thanks for making this! It’s helped reduce my one irritation with the Jeep - wind noise.

oh that’s right. The weekend. I forgot. It’s way to hard to answer a question on the weekend when they did yesterday. I forgot to tell my customers that also. ?

PS: mine is black. Matches the interior of my rubicon perfectly. And other disclaimer, I paid full price for it and have no relationship with Hotheads - except love this product.

I just pulled the trigger on a black liner moments ago. looking forward to installing. I didn't buy it for the sound dampening, (it's a jeep man!). but rather to see if it can help a bit in the Phoenix summers... :)

regardless, looking to this new liner. thanks!

Hey Scott, sorry for the delay. Although we do try to stay active on the forum, we're not in the office on the weekends. We were out playing in snow in Boise!

To answer your question, we don't have photos of every color yet on the SOT order page, however if you look at our JL Soft Top order page, we are using all the same fabrics/colors that should assist you in choosing the color for your SOT. Hope that helps!
