If you have some extra time, it is well worth the effort to get out of he Jeep and hike a little of the Black Canyon. Some of it can get pretty steep, but it is an awesome life experience!
We were planning on it but the wife of the other couple going with us just tore her ACL (vertically) so she has to wear a boot for any walking. It sucks and will definitely effect our plans but we are going, come hell or high water.
