Rusty's Track bar hits Dana diff cover

Anyone run into an aftermarket track bar hitting an aftermarket front diff cover? Rusty's adjustable track bar hits my Dana cast diff cover coming out of my driveway and on hard bumps like speed bumps... I see the options as grinding my cover or getting a different bar... thoughts?

Let them know. I know RK had issues with the first JL track bar they released hitting aftermarket diffs as well. If you follow Synergy they introduced some suspension components but not LCA and Trackbars. They said the trackbar was tougher then usual to design for the JL.

I did... they said to grind the cover... the cover cost more than the bar... it's a poor design...

Thanks for the mention! Front lower control arms are actually going to be shipping very soon. I just got them up on the website.
Our front track bar should fit with aftermarket diff covers and will fit with our sector shaft brace that will also be coming out soon. Plus, we don't use jam nuts that are a pita to get tight. Couple teaser pics:

They are in production now. We'll have rear track bars out first, but these will be shortly after them. Realistically, probably a couple months, but we're trying to get them done as soon as possible as we know how much demand there is for quality front track bars right now.

i know youre referring to that pinch bolt to hold the rod ends threads tight, but that sure looks like a jam nut on there as well.

It's the adjuster sleeve for our double adjuster assembly. It has opposite threads inside and out. Turning it one way makes the bar longer and the other makes it shorter. The pinch bolt is the only thing that clamps the assembly.
