Whats the purpose of someone wearing running shoes and not running. Don't get me started on hiking boots.......

Well you’ll be thrilled with what I just did. Bought a brand new classic Adidas track suit. And I haven’t been on a track team since college in 1990!

I’ve got a heel problem and wear specific running and hiking shoes when I have to walk or stand several hours in a day. If I wear “cool kid” shoes for this I get pain. My mom has an old knee injury and wears them for the same reason-support.
Maybe if all the big Americans in skateboard shoes would put on a pair they would do more walking and less sitting and eating.

I agree with you, and I usually wear sneakers 24/7. I don't understand the point of buying sneakers for sports and leaving them to gather dust in the closet to go to tennis once in the summer. I usually order my shoes at https://www.tennisshoez.com/tyson-mcguffin/, and I wear them both to sports and work since sneakers are the most comfortable and useful thing for your feet. I think that good orthopedic shoes greatly relieve the load from the back since the feet are in a comfortable position and nothing presses on them. In general, I agree with the author and support him

I always wear slippers but I'm never slipping...does that make me a bad person?

By next Saturday, I'll be back home relaxing in these slippers...
(Totally recommend Olukai slippers, sooooo comfortable!)
