So a friend of mine and I bought jeeps at the same time. I bought the JLUR and he bought the Gladiator Rubicon. Before he even picked his up he had the dealer install a lift and 37 on the JT. We were talking last night (about JEEP STUFF - duh!) and I wondered can i take his JT FOX Shocks he took off and put them on my JLUR ? Will they fit ? Are they better (??!!) than the stock JLUR shocks ? Will the ride be firmer ?

Love some feedback. Im thinking of doing it just to see what happens - assuming they will fit.

Jeeps lots of jeeps
The fronts will fit fine. The rear are completely different. I did see one guy that got them to work some bad work.

I had leftover Fox Rubicon shocks from my JTR lift installation and put the front Fox shocks on my JLR. Bolt right up. The Fox rear shocks won't bolt up but I don't have any weight on the rear so the stockers work just fine.

How was the ride? Any thoughts? Improvement?

The front shocks seem better. The roads in Colorado Springs are terrible so they get a good workout.
