I bought and assembled a couple weeks ago, and used it once. Today we installed the Smart Lifter (hurray!) and I no longer have need for the Rollnjack.
RnJ's apparent new thing is to send knobs instead of acorn nuts - I assume to make assembly/disassembly easier. I wrote to them and they sent an entire new bolt/hardware set. All of that come with this RnJ - lots of extra hardware parts.
