This is something I have been wondering about for some time. Metakcloak still does recommend < 4.5" backspace for some reason, so I have been nervous.

the 4.5 backspacing is needed with the outboard shock mounts. When you order the game changer online there is a drop down box to put what range your wheel backspacing falls into and they will send you the proper parts to work.

I was looking at possibly getting the RK 2.5" Adventure series lift for my 2020 JLUR. I currently have Method 17x8.5 wheels with 0 offset and 4.75 back space and BFG K02 315/70/17 tires and I was worried about rubbing issues with a 4.75 back spaced wheeI too. Anyone know if this will be a problem? I might possibly move up to a 37" tire in the future.
