Roam Frame Mounted Step Install ?

Emailed Anthony 7 days ago, but as usual, no response on what torque should be used on the install. So I will ask the forum, what did everyone use.

This is on my DS Jeep, and we are looking for aftermarket bumpers. He likes the Roam set, but I told him no as I can’t spend$1k and have absolutely no customer service. So looking at the Go Rhino. Any one have these?
