JL front bumper

I tow my JL and need to find a front bumper I can weld 4 1/4" sq. plates to hold the the tow bar. Center to center has to be 28 1/2" apart. I prefer the stubby bumper and need standard winch, led lite bar.

There are some bumpers that already have a flat tow option. I don't tow mine, but is your setup a non-standard size?
