If I remember correctly you have to pull the plastic liner inside the wheel well. Turn the wheels but you don't have to pull them. It's a pain, so get the aim right before you button it back up. The bumper stays put.

Agree with bd100. One note, the inside liner attachment screws can easily rip their connection in the plastic. Then it becomes a real pain since the screw cannot be removed since the bolt has ripped free. Keep us posted.

Yea, some of those screws were a problem on mine as well. Considering that you'd have to remove those to replace the fog bulbs, you'd think they'd have made a better system.

do i have to remove front bumper to replace halogen fogs to led
No. All I had to do to access the halogen fog light bulbs on my Sport (when replacing them with LEDs) was to peel back the plastic bumper-to-fender aero fitments to gain access to the fog light assemblies.

I say "peel back" because to effect the full removal of the plastic aero pieces required removing more fasteners than I was willing to wrestle with that day.

The front bumper itself didn't interfere at all with the work.

The difficulty of accessing these lights is a good reason to go LED once and done, instead of replacing halogen bulbs every now and then. Get quality LEDs so they last.

Too bad they didn't make a door of some sort to access these things.

And I find that using amber fogs results in fewer people pulling out in front of me.
