I've had these on since November and something just doesn't sit right with me. Prior to putting them on, I remember seeing someone say it brings too much attention to it. Now that I have them on, I tend to agree. I've since removed my Sahara badge and plan to Plasti-dip the Jeep badge. I'm going for simplicity. Included a before pick and I think it looks better.

I’d say remove the Jeep badge as well. And plasti dip the trail-rated badge.

You may thank me later.

I removed the Sahara badges, overlayed the Jeep badges, and replaced the Trail Rated medallion with a black one.

I think it depends on the color, but in general I vote No on the vent decals. They tend to highlight a part of the Jeep that is not particularly flattering.

Since I took this photo, I removed the chrome handle covers and the Sahara hood decal. Still working on the overall look.

By itself it looks a bit out of place. On ours with red accents all over I think it adds to the look.

That’s a valid point. I think it looks great when paired with hood decals. I’d be a poser if I added a Rubicon decal to my Sahara. :)

Interesting...
I’m not a fan of these particular decals at all; however, on your Jeep it somehow fits. The red goes well with the color of your Jeep. I’d add some other red bits to really tie it all in, if I had your Jeep. Agree w/BDinTX. YMMV.

I agree, particularly on the back. It needs a few pops of red back there too. We're putting some red and black wheels on next week which I think (really hope) will pull it all together.

It's all up to what you like and not what others like.... When I put mine on I liked them... However it has been a couple of years and maybe time for a change.... since I paid someone to buff my Jeep and now the black is white....

I personally like them. As long as you have the color scheme works and you can play off with the red on other parts ... works best on the rubicon.

I don’t like the thick red, thin looks better to me.

I feel red accents have to be done tastefully, otherwise it looks tacky.

Get some Oracle sidetracks for that spot since they function as a turn signal and a puddle light/lamp.
