Quick question (bolt type, size)

Hey,
Does anyone know what type and size of bolt goes into that hole?

I’m planning to build a support cross bar to mount my traction boards and recovery rope.

It looks similar to a hardtop bolt. Try that first.

I believe it’s not threaded. Looks like about a 3/8-16 bolt but you would need to use a tap to cut some threads
