anyone have if any issues contacting quadratec I was on hold with them for about 20-25min today and also have not heard anything back from a email that I have send. Thank you!!

Yes keep trying each day they have been very busy. I would just call them at the start of my commute or the end and leave it on speaker. Did that at least 4 times. 20-45mins

@Quadratec may be able to help. Keep in mind the area is still on "lockdown", people may be still working from home, and may not have the same phone system capabilities they have at the office/call center.

I wouldn't trust these guys too much, they are happy to take your money for nonexistent goods and stall you forever with white lies.

I don't believe that identifying and educating other customers of a companies' shortfalls in customer service is "bitching". Not bringing these issues to light just lets bad companies continue to prosper. I like Quadratec myself but they need to be responsive and should constantly strive to improve their customer service. I for one have experienced an issue where after a week of reviewing my submitted product review regarding the Diver Down seat covers they still have not approved it on the website. I find this to be very odd. My review was not stellar due to an imperfection in the cover but it was written as an FYI to others of the possibility it could happen to them. I even included pictures of the defect. Overall I am still happy with Quadratec but if you are going to ask people for their opinion of your products you need to post the good with the bad and when possible respond to those customers regarding the break in service! My order # was R2416032 for the Diver Down seat covers if they need to find the review....

Then move it to the right forum so more people will see it that are looking for vendor feedback.

I agree this thread belongs under "Vendor/Dealer Reviews". Looks like the thread starter created one under that forum as well. This thread should be discontinued by an admin or combined under the other thread so this doesn't happen again.
