Anyone out there in the know with Jeep know if and when the premium soft top option is coming for orders? Or if and when Joose will be available again? Guy at a local dealership told me that there’s currently no soft top options for orders at all and that just doesn’t seem right. Do they come standard with a hard top then? I’m running out of time on my current lease and wanna get the ball rolling on my new order sooner rather than later, I just don’t know how long to wait for these options. Thanks for any and all advice or answers!

Go to the Jeep order page. https://www.jeep.com/bmo.wrangler.html#/models/2026/wrangler It looks like there isn't Joose for 2026, but you can get the the premium soft top IF you get the dual-top option, so you have to get the hard top also.

If you really don't want the hard top, Just buy the premium soft top after you have the Jeep. That's how I got mine. I originally wanted to get an aftermarket ST, but after looking at a few of them, I ended up buying the OEM premium top. A lot of aftermarket sellers carry them, but believe it or not, the dealer actually had the best price- I just had to pick it up to avoid shipping costs.

Apologies, as I don't have the answers for your questions, but if the salesman senses your time-crunch on the lease, they are probably trying to steer you towards buying something off the lot, rather than giving you an honest answer. While they make a profit whether you buy from the lot or factory order, it's better for the dealer to move stuff that they are sitting on.

Also, when I ordered mine, my salesman very confidently told me NOT to get the 4WD Auto transfer case- an option that I wanted, AND was more expensive- because I couldn't flat-tow with that option. I have since found out that I can tow with that. I guess he didn't want to appear unknowledgeable about his product.

To get my soft top, I just ordered the dual top option. HT is installed and soft top is in a box inside the new jeep. I think that's the best way.
Also, If you buy your next jeep from one of the discount dealers listed in the forum, in essence, you get a discount on the tops anyway...

That looks like the best option honestly. That or just get the Sky One Touch, but I don’t know if I wanna go that route.

I have had the Sky one touch Jeep and it is really nice but note that the top is “permanently “installed on the jeep. It’s not removable with the sky one touch. It’s pretty easy to switch between the tops, and the premium soft top is quite good.
