Phone bluetooth noise

My gf complains all the time that she can barely hear me because of wind noise (60-70mph on the highways) when using my cell through the Jeep's bluetooth. Does anyone have a solution for this? 2020 JLUR, 8.4 premium sound, hard top and doors on.

Sorry I don't have a solution, just that I agree with you. My wife has a 2019 Rubicon JLU and I have a 2020 Rubicon JLU, both with 8.4 premium sound, hardtop and doors on and like yours, the bluetooth is horrible.

I think it is because the microphone is so high in the interior and the wind noise from the flat windshield.

I know this is an old thread buy my 2021 JL is the same way. Daughters as well, very bad wind noise when on speaker phone. Sounds like the microphone is out in the wind even with the hard top on. Does Jeep have a solution yet?

Hi. Thanks for getting back. I replaced the microphones with GC mic's noise cancelling and its much better. Cost me $25 and I didn't have to bring it to a dealer. OK now.
