In December I bought a certified pre-owned '23 stock 3.6 Rubi w 11k miles. It's my first Jeep. I'm a complete newbie, trying to learn as much as I can here. The Service Airbag System light comes on intermittently. It's been back to the dealer 4 times for this issue. They kept tweaking and adjusting the wiring harness under the passenger seat. Yesterday they replaced it entirely, and it did not fix the problem. Anyone ever experience anything like this? Any ideas?

We had a similar issue with our 2023 Grand Cherokee L. I finished the paperwork and drove it off the lot with 80 miles on the odometer when the Airbag warning light first went off. It took three attempts for them to fix the issue and thankfully we haven't had a problem since. First they replaced a sensor, then the wiring harness in the center console. Finally, they replaced a clock spring in the steering column and so far it has not reoccurred. This happened at the end of last summer when they were having trouble getting parts and we were without our vehicle for a total of about 2 months. Thankfully the dealership provided us with a rental and was very responsive. We did start a case with Jeep Wave just in case we got to the point of trying to have it bought back. Hope this helps.

Thanks! Jeep has now advised the dealer to replace the entire passenger side airbag. We have a loaner for the weekend. Fingers crossed.
