Order fulfillment issues

I ordered my steel bumper skid plate on 11/25/22 and according to your website it has a 15-30 business day lead time. It’s been nearly 40 excluding holidays 45. I’ve emailed multiple times and got a response “your item will be shipping out the following week” on Jan. 4th but still haven’t received and email with shipping or my item. I’ve called 3 times at which each I’ve spent 20 plus minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone. This is ridiculous

Nope just fed up with the company after 40 mins on the phone yesterday and them telling me the same thing again “it should ship out the end of the week” I just asked for a refund.

Checking with the team on this for you. If you'd like to message us your order number, that would help some in tracking it down. I think we had a batch with an issue in manufacturing, and we had to cut a new batch, sounds like they are at the bender today. Sorry for the delay!
