The ORACLE Lighting LED Side Mirrors featuresa set of high powered LED light bars integrated into an OEM-style side mirrors of the Jeep Wrangler JL and Jeep Gladiator JT. This integration gives a clean look while providing functional peripheral illumination for the driver. The LEDs are a custom design that features a total of 24 LEDs producing approximately 2250 Lm. Each unit has a 45° beam angle to optimize the driver's peripheral visibility into the ditches and side of the trail.

Yeah, not going to lie your products look great until they stop working a year and a half after buying them. I had a failure of my Jeep JL oracle flush taillights that I paid over $400 for a year and a half ago, just this morning. Have had no turn signal and driver rear tail that has functioned for who knows how long as this is the first time I have looked at them. The 1 year warranty you offer with most of your products is a little hard to swallow.

Not to pile on, my Oracle Rear Bumper LED Lights haven't failed yet, but there was a open seal somewhere and they have tons of condensation built up inside. They were purchased in January too. Looks like it was dropped into a water bucket and the only way to fix it is to open the entire housing. They are a PITA to replace too being attached to the rear bumper.

I don't think its piling on, Oracle makes great looking products and if my tail light had not failed like it did I would purchase more Oracle stuff. I guess I figured if they charge a premium for their product they should back it up like the price tag dictates. Hopefully you get your issue handled. I refuse to pay for another set of tail lights when only one is partially failed.

I already did that this morning Terry, Got a quick response from someone there with some basic troubleshooting steps and responded after I attempted them and things did not change. Will see when the next person gets back to me. Supplied photo's of the issue as well.

In defense of Oracle, one of my JL flush mount taillights went bad, but I contacted support and had a new one shipped within a couple of days after some video of what was happening.

They said they are going to take care of it, when this is done and the new one has arrived I will gladly come back and sing the praises of support. But until them I am cautiously optimistic.

My Dad has those mirrors on his 13 JK and they are insanely bright.

So I had to cover the shipping ($16) but they are sending the replacement. Pretty pleased with them as they are about a month out of warranty (I actually got them in June of last year). Thanks Terry.

My 3-year-old Oculus headlights are still perfect as new. Oracle, thus far, has been great to work with in my experience.
Glad to hear!!!
