Looking to add some off road lighting to my JLU. I spend a lot of time on forest roads and the stock headlights aren’t cutting it. I’m planning on switching out the halogen bulbs for LEDS, but feel like I’ll still need more than what that change will provide. I’ve been looking at some of the Rough Country cube light options, which are around 2800 lumens. Would this be sufficient? I appreciate any input y’all may have.

I found the same thing you did with the halogen headlamps.

I ended up upgrading my headlights to the oculus by LEDs and they do a great job, but I still wanted to supplement more lighting beyond that

With dynamics SS3 sports one set in Amber one set clear. The Amber’s are a great supplement to the highbeams and the clears are pointed towards the ditch and give me great visibility pointed sideways.

Going with the dynamics bracket also allows me to continue to lay down my windshield if wanted. It also keeps the light from reflecting off the hood.

I have set up to give a great range of lighting from ditch to ditch while still amplifying down the road farther than my highbeams

All set up on highbeam trigger switches, so I can turn them all on and off by way of the highbeam trigger!

Very informative reply. The lights look great and sound like they do their job. I’ll check them out.
