Do these have the 4 mounting holes? Just put a new bumper on my Willys and my LED will not mount, mine has a 3 hole mount. Are these Rubicon take off?

Yes these are take offs from the Rubicon plastic bumper, there are 4 mounting holes. Better pic below where you can see the 4 mounting points
