I was walking away from my Jeep today and I noticed something on the front of the headlights. I thought it was condensation at first but then at closer look it looks like scratches.

I don't really like how it looks. Is this normal? Looks like a bunch of scratches where the beam is hitting.

Hey Zee, thanks for being an ORACLE Lighting customer! I can't recall us having seen anything look quite like that; from the photos, it's hard to tell if it's inside or outside. Can you tell? The outside could be environmental or maybe too coarse of a wipe-down.

Hey so I just installed them and didn't really want to touch them, I went out and cleaned the outside and I think it was just residue from the film that covered the front. I have only had them installed for a couple of days.

However after cleaning them I noticed the inside lens has smudge marks on it which is kind of annoying. I know I am being picky but I have had other aftermarket headlights and the insides were perfectly clean without smudge marks.

you can see what I am referencing in the attached pictures. Those are marks on the inside lens and not on the outside as cleaning the outside did not change them on the inside.

Ah okay, do you see that in one headlight or both?

worse on the passenger side as you see in these pictures. The driver side has one spot on the lower side. All smudge marks on the lens are on the lower portion as seen in the pictures.
