N fab step bars quality control bad.

Just received n fab tubular nerf step bars. I tried to install and the passenger side fits perfectly. However the driver side 1st bracket came crooked and welded on at the wrong position will not lineup by half an inch. The back 2 brackets lined up perfectly. I spoke to the rep today and I have to remove everything and take it back to the dealership and wait another week or so to receive another set. Very inconvenience and quality questionable?[GALLERY=][/GALLERY]

I had to bend the bracket on one of my nerf steps in order for it to fit. They also had to send me a whole new set because the original didn't come with the install screws/hardware. Won't be buying N fab again.

That sucks! I have not bought steps/sliders whatever for my Wrangler yet, but i have bought n-fab nerf steps for a FJ and a Tacoma. Both sets seemed perfect. No issues at all, great product. The n-fab steps were on my short list for my wrangler, but this go around i think i am going to go with a different look. Sorry to hear that you had grief on yours, if anyone ever asked me about n-fabs products based on my experience i would have said buy it! Hopefully they take care of you!

Just received my nfab steps and passenger went on perfect and drivers front weld was off by 1 1/2 inches. Ordered them from all-terrain and they are supposed to be working on getting me A correct drivers side bar or they stated they will just drop ship me new ones. We will see....
