This is my first Jeep and truthfully, I don’t think the heavy modding will come into play until the factory parts wear out. I bought a more than capable Jeep so I wouldn’t have to tinker as much, but there are some items that Jeep just doesn’t offer. As I add or change, I’ll update this original post so it’s easier to track.

First of all, I have a Black 2.0T Rubicon Unlimited Extreme Recon. I opted for color matched flares, steel bumper group, upgraded technology and sound, heated seats/wheels, LED lights, safety group (not advanced) and Sky One Touch top.

Installed

1. Armorlite Flooring (for the win!). It doesn’t make sense to me that this isn’t a factory option. I plan on playing and carpet just doesn’t seem appropriate. Furthermore, the thickness and quality of the material compared to the carpet is night vs day.
2. Hothead headliner for Sky One Touch top
3. Spiderwebshade mesh shade
4. Bulletpoint Phone Mount
5. Sto N Sho front license plate bracket
6. Matched tint on front door windows

Have and need to install

1. Ford Black Antenna (and thread adapter)

Added the headliner and the sunshade and happy with both. I’m very impressed with the finished look of the Spiderwebshade’s attachment system. Their paint protector stickers, not so much. Very difficult to work with in a confined space thanks to the SOT. Also put in the Bulletpoint Driver Side phone/universal adapter. Happy with it overall. I would say the two minor issues. I didn’t appreciate that I had to cut my factory tray mat instead of being provided a replacement. Keep your bullet bottle opener and give me a mat instead. Secondly, I find the adapter that fits on the ball has limited movement without putting the knob in awkward positions. They are both minor annoyances and would still recommend the product.

I didn’t think I had OCD, but apparently I do. I had to even out the windows and get the fronts tinted.

It's been a minute and a half since I've updated and wanted to give a bit of a teaser to what's going on. I loved this year's J6 Honcho graphics package so much, I've talked to a local shop and we have designed a unique graphics package that I am labeling the "Head Honcho" concept as I am trying my best to keep the jeep "OEM+" in modifications.

In the meantime, here's a pic of the updated interior. It's Katzin leather in cognac with the outlaw tooled pattern accents. Designed a custom logo for the embroidered headrests, too.

I also added the Mopar air compressor (the one in the 40th Anniversary Edition) and the EZ4X4 Extreme Level Deluxe Tailgate Table Foldable Cargo Shelf Storage Rack from EZ 4x4. I have some ideas about adding a wooden veneer piece laser etched with the outlaw pattern to tie the look in, but not in a rush for that.

Added the triple hoop winch guard to the steel bumper.

A big jump in progress over the past month. Half doors were painted black and the bead lock trim rings were painted white. The Jeep and both sets of doors got the graphics applied by Big Splash Graphics in Freehold NJ, and they knocked it out of the park. I'm posting the concept pics and after shots so you can see how close they executed it. I have some pieces from Distinction Applied that have to go on as well as a few more I want to order, like hinge covers that will be painted to match the orange stripe so they "disappear".
